How can i remove dog urine residue from vinyl tile floor?

Well my dog stays in our basement most of the time, we do have vinyl tile floor so its easy to spot urine stains, the recent urine stains are easy to clean but there’s some spots were my dog keeps on urinating a lot and well the urine "liquid" is easy to remove but either way it leaves some sort of dark residue in my tile. I tried bleach, boiling water, ammonia, soap, windex etc. Is there something that i can in a hardware store like Ace or Menard’s maybe Home depot? Or any good house remedies? Thank You.
