How would i train my dog to lay on his bed?

Both of my dogs just got their own big circle beds and they are puggles so they’re naturally stubborn. So how could i train them to lay on their bed and for them to know that’s what it’s thanksss

i was wondering if there is anything wrong with letting my two dogs sleep in the bed with me at night time? One is a pitt mix and the other is a yorkie. I had a friend tell me that I am nasty for letting them sleep in the bed with me. They are both inside dogs. I treat them like they are a part of my family. I don’t see anything wrong with it i would just like some opinions from other people.

He is 1 and will not stop chewing and eating everything. he has destroyed 4 dog beds, and he eats the stuffing inside, he will eat every toy he is given. he doesn’t bother with actual edible chew things. i dont know what to do to make him stop.

How can I stop the dog from getting on the bed?

My dad’s girlfriend has a dog that she leaves at me and my dad’s house with my dad’s permission. When my dad is out he wants me to make sure that the dog doesn’t get on his bed. I do but he always keeps getting on the bed. I’m not very educated about dogs so is there a way to keep him off the bed? He does listen when I tell him to get down and sometimes he don’t it’s really annoying to tell him not to get on the bed

A friend of mine is staying with my husband and I for a short while and she brought home a dog. It is not the brightest spark. I have 2 german sheps and have never had the issue. Aside from the constant jumping, biting, chewing and random craziness it keeps urinating on the bed. We have tried everything we can think of. We upped the walks to 1.5 miles per day. He has a ton of toys and bones and we are constantly trying to play with it. As of now we have to keep the bedroom doors closed but that is not fair to my dogs as they use my room for time away from the crazy. She loves this dog and I would hate to make her get rid of it (I would love to do it myself though) but there is nothing worse then crawling into bed and finding a wet smelly spot. Oh we have also tried ignoring it if it was just for more attention and we have tried punishing it by isolation in the bathroom with "some" yelling involved. Other then this he is mainly housebroken. Is it just brain damaged?

THANKS!!
Thanks for the advise Bonnie. I should have added this in. This is not just an at night issue. This is a constant issue. Day and night. The dog does not sleep in bed with her. Also I am doubtful it is a bladder issue as he will do with within minutes of being walked. We have talked to the vet and we were told to walk him more, but I think a mile and a half is more then enough for a dog. We take him on short half mile walks in the morning, run him in the afternoon in the yard and then in early evening we do the 1.5 trek.
Not sure if the dog did this before comming here. We was adopted by someone else and returned after a month. They said they could not come up with the pet deposit. The HMS had him for 3 weeks before she adopted him. He seemed well cared for.
My dogs may slip into bed once in a while but it is VERY rarely. They have their own beds in my bedroom. I bought her dog the same exact bed and she keeps that in her room.
Not sure of the marking. Both dogs were completely housebroken when we moved in so there is no urine scent from them. Everyone is spayed or neutered. Also this does not seem to be a small marking. He really lets loose on this. It is moreso her bed then ours. Hers is almost daily and ours he has only gone on 3 times. Thank god for mattress protectors!
He is not a fan of my husband, but he is not afraid of him. They do play together but it is not nearly as often as she and I do.
BTW these are human beds he is doing this one. Not the animal bed. Also not on couches or chairs. Just our beds

My dog sheds a lot and there is always a ton of fur on my bed.. I’m not allergic to dog fur, but is it bad to be exposed to so much of it where you rest?

This was posted in the dog section, was in no way sexual, and was just referencing where your dog slept (floor, cage, bed). I even appealed and was rejected…how is this a violation?
I never got enough answers since it was removed so if you would be so kind as to answer the question I would appreciate it.

Once when at someones house their puppy was in a crate at the time and the crate was unlike one that I had seen at the past. It was more like a wire pen that was bottomless and could fit a dog bed. I Ialso liked how much air circulation there was because the pen had no bottom. The dog that this was holding was a lab and I will be purchasing a golden retriever. Where can I purchase one of these crates in canada nad can you give me a link to the compnays website?

Thanks in Advance!
Thanks but I don’t want a carrier dog may have to be in crate a little longer so I want a big one where she can see everything.
