How do I get my parents to get me a dwarf hamster?

Please help! I really want a dwarf hamster, but my mom does not like rodents, and my dad says no. I have already read several books on hamsters, and I am sure that I am prepared for one. What can I do to get my parents to let me have a hamster?

if you’ve done the research, then you should prepare an "argument" for your parents. be prepared to answer and question they have for you about it. promise to be the one doing the all the work and offer to pay for the stuff yourself. it"ll show your parents that you are really into it and mature enough that you did all the research. and compromise! say something like "if you let me get this hamster, i will promise to keep my room clean always." or something like that :]
one more thing, be careful with dwarfs. they tend to bite more then any other breed. if you want one to pick up and hold, teddy bears or syrians are nice and fuzzy. but if you really want a small one, try roborovski (i think thats how its spelled?) hamsters. they are super tiny! theyre fun to watch too.
honestly, hamsters arent that great. i had one. they smell. theyre not affectionate.
I wanted a pet soooo bad but my mom and dad wouldnt let but i belived that santa claus would get me one he always gets me anything so ask santa claus unless you dont belive in him then he wont get you it!(by the way my opinion is that dwarf hamsters arnt the best choice i had one and i always played with him and gave him affection but he still kept biting me and scratching me i prefer no hamsters but if you like rodents choose somethin like a guinea pig)
Beg and beg , bribe them, do good things to them without causing a big failure, or help may little amount of the bills.
hamsters are boring…they dont do anything and dont even like human affection. ask for a better animal. even a rabbit at least like to cuddle with you. hamsters just want to break out of their colorful plastic prison lol
Don’t get one Dwarf hamsters are mostly just fun to watch when they’re running around and that’s it (abd you have to clean its cage etc.)
tell them you will do all the work and take care of it. that always works for me
