How do I stop a dog from stealing my dogs toys?

We have boughten my dog 2 Kongs balls but they keep disappearing! We know it is the neighbors dog who steals them, because he is known to steal other dogs toys. We do not have a fenced in yard and do not intend to. THANKS for the help!

Don’t ever say "boughten" ever again.
Keep toys inside unless you are paying attention to your dog outside. Otherwise, he shouldn’t be outside anyway.
Don’t leave them in the Yard them keep them in your house if you have an open yard what do you expect and what is wrong with having a fenced yard at least it keeps your dog safe
If you aren’t going to put up a fence, your only option is going to be to supervise your dog while he’s playing with the Kong toys, and put them away when you can’t be there to watch. You can’t really do anything about what your neighbor’s dog does unless it violates a law. And as far as I know, there’s no law against dogs snaking each others toys, ha ha.
put you dog toys on the place that dog can not get
If you can’t put them inside then spray them with fooey it’s a nasty tasting spray thats safe for dogs but taste horrible but then your dogs won’t want it either. So do a test one so that the dog may get the hint and then wash the toy.
