Is it okay to have two parakeets in a 1614 prevue hendryx bird cage?

I bought this cage for my two parakeets, but I’m not sure if it is big enough.

No….it is too small for two budgies. You need one more this size http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r145/kazzart/more%20same/cage2-1.jpg at least 24 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high.
It is a little on the small side, even for one budgie. You can use it for your two birds, but just be sure that they get time out of their cage every day, like on a playstand or something. Or, you could have this be the "2nd cage" in another room that they can go to once in a while… it’s like a little birdie vacation home, and they totally love it!
