My dog sleeps in the "nest" position. What is the best dog bed to get her?

Today I was watching her and she was having trouble curling up on her current bed. It kept scrunching up and she had to pull it apart again.

my dog lies like that too so we got him a basket bed & he loves it fits lovely in it & it doesnt move.
Probably a good quality oval one
