though it is shedding season, im worried about the amount of hair my ferret has lost. this is also about the time where ferrets get adrenal disease. he seems to be losing alot of hair at the end of his tail. is that where ferret adrenal disease starts, or is it around the area where the tail meets the back?
Ive been hearing lately just how good honey is for you. In a world where we are surrounded by extremely sugary fast foods and junk, nature has provided us with something that is just as sweet if not sweeter than alot of candy’s these days yet contains much less calories. Why dont people eat more of this stuff?
I wanted to swtich my dog to a better brand of dry dog food and I heard that Nutro dog food are decently good. Whats your opinion and experience with it? Does it really do what it says, is it worth the price( which I heardis prettyaffordable) and do they have byproducts and alot of corn? Also, I know they have three types, natural choice, max, and ultra. Whats the difference in them, and whats the best out of those?

I’ve been considering getting a pet, but before I get one, I’d like to do some research.
I know that each individual animal has a unique personality regardless of species, but each species are more prone to certain habits than others. I’m looking for a pet that is very social and loves to snuggle and cuddle. The only restriction is cats- because they give me eczema.
The amount of care isn’t important to me, I have enough time to dedicate alot of effort into a pet and am willing.
Ok so I have been doing alot of research on the RAW diet dog food and my dog trainer has been helping me with it as well as my vet.
I can’t say enough about the raw food diet!!! thank you to everyone who has helped me and given me links, and articles on the RAW food diet! all of my dogs are eating raw and they are thriving!

I have heard and read alot about raw dog food diet, but I am unfamilar with it, do you just give your dog raw meat? Like here you go, have a steak, I’m confused!

I just rescued a 3 year old tricolor sheltie. He is the cutest guy ever and i want to feed him the right dog food so he doesn’t get sick. What dog food should i feed him? I know there are alot of crap food out there. What dog food do you feed your dog and they do awesome on. I would like to find something that he would like but has no corn and soy in it. Frist few ingredients must be meet. Preferabble fish or turkey. Meat that shelties would eat in the wild. He is about 15 pounds.
My 6 month old kitten got neutered today, and he woke up from the anesthetics about 4 hours ago. His pupils are still big and he falls over every few steps, but he is walking around alot. When I try to pet him, he freaks out and runs off. Is he still just scared and confused from the meds? He was never scared of me before
