I have a male betta fish and he seems pretty healthy but i dont really know if he feels healthy or not??? I feed him some flakes in the morning and some flakes at night. I bought him around mid August. I have the food called BettaMin Tropical Medley and the flakes are really tiny so that why i feed him (some flakes) a day. So what would your answer be?

I fed my Betta fish once or twice yesterday, but I forgot the food in my boyfriends car. He is at work now so I can’t get the food, but he is coming over today at 2pm after he gets off of work. Will my betta be okay without eating for 24 hours or more?

I have a Betta fish which I keep in a 1 gallon of water in a vase. I do a full water change about once a week with bottled spring water. My fish recently came down sick and I am treating it with medicine but I heard aquarium salt should be added to the water to help speed up the healing process. How much do I add? Do I just add some every time I do a full water change or just when he’s sick?

I know nothing about looking after fish but i’ve been thinking of getting a betta fish. Please tell me everything about when to feed them all the way to how to look after his bowl or glass or whatever.

I just got a Betta fish and the instructions on how to clean the bowl say that i should put half of half of the water in a bowl, along with the fish, and replace the other half. Also, i need to rinse the little rocks.
The problem is that that there is some remaining food that my fish has decided not to eat; at the bottom of the bowl, mixed in with the rocks. How would i be able to get rid of the food?

I got a new ten gallon tank and wanted to get some Betta fish, and I wanted to know how much would be safe. I was thinking maybe 2 females at the most would be ok. Also what type of Décor would a Betta like?

My betta, Stephen, is a dull blue, and I want to keep him healthy. A clerk at a petstore mentioned that vibrant colors are a sure sign of a healthy betta fish. Is this true? Which foods would be best for his health? I feed him regular betta pellets and try to add bits of soft pea weekly.

I have a 1 gallon unfiltered tank for my Betta fish to live in. I would like to add another fish to the bowl that will not attack the Betta, or the other way around. What types of fish would be okay to put in there? I have plenty of places for my Betta to hide, so space is not an issue. Thanks !

I’ve had my betta fish for about 2 months. He has a 2 gallon tank with plastic rocks at the bottom and a plant. I feed him freeze dried blood worms every 12 hours, and give his tank a complete water change every week. I’m considering getting a little cave or something for him to explore. Anyway, in general, how can I tell he his happy/healthy?
