I’m looking to buy a new washing machine, but can’t decide. I have two big dogs and lots of dog beds. I have to take the beds to the laundry mat around once a month, spending at least to wash and dry them all. My current washer isn’t large enough to wash these big beds. The largest beds are 42" circles that are 6" thick. Other beds are around the size of two king size pillows together.
Would appreciate suggestions. Looking at Kenmore Elite 5.2 cu ft. Whirlpool cabrio 5.0. Or a frontloader. Would prefer top loading.
Thanks!

Previous tenants had two big dogs. The problem is the worst in the kitchen where a lot of wooden cabinets are. But somehow the whole house smells like dog urine. Even though upon moving in the landlord painted the walls and cleaned the ceramic tile flooring. There is also sand outside the house where the dogs were kept, which is right under the bedroom windows. Please help.

I have two really big dogs, They both really like eachother and they are the opposite sex. But when I try to make them go in the dog houses(ive tried them all) it looks like only one can fit in! One of the dogs just wont go into the house, I had to put the Dog control cheat on and keep clicking for them both to go in but they wont??!! Are they too big? Or am I just doing it wrong? Thanks

Ive converted an old brick coal shed into a dog house for my dogs with an electrical supply, carpet and there beds.now its getting close to winter and a bit colder i was wondering weather i should install an electrical heater or would hay suffice to keep them warm during the cold months? There both big dogs so are fine sleeping in a separate building to us in the morning they come into ouor house.
There both fairly short hair dogs ones a labrador and the others a rotty x presa and in england the winters do get really cold.

The house is huge, and it can fit about 5 big dogs(I have 3). We got it because it has air conditioning, and it gets brutal outside during the summertime. But for some reason they won’t stay in there. That thing was expensive, and they won’t even stay in there for more than 5 minutes. I’ve checked the temp inside of the house, and it’s fine. They’ve had plenty of time to get used to it (2 months) and still they’d rather lay outside in the heat.

We have a house cat that we want to keep indoors, and two big dogs outside that we don’t want coming in. We can keep the big dogs out of the house simply by getting a door that will be too small for them. As for keeping the cat in…I don’t know. I’ve read reviews about electronic "smart" pet doors, but many of them seem to say that they just aren’t reliable. Any suggestions? I’ve never had a pet-door before, so this is all new to me. HELP!

I need to find a collar for my English Mastiff. Shes 7months old and has out grown her collar. Im looking for something in the 30 inches or so range. I do not want one that is 2 inches think or big and bulky. I think they look stupid on dogs. That’s all I seem to find tho. I understand they are big dogs and need big collars but is there not some where to buy a normal sized strong collar?

This question is for us cheapies out there. Pets can be pricey (worth it but not cheap). I have 3 big dogs and not a lot of money so I have to budget. What are some tips you have to save money (on treats/food/etc . . .) Here some of mine:
1. Buy flea meds online.
2. Wash dog bed covers! A chore but prevents me from throwing them out every time there’s an accident.
3. Use old sofa cushions as back-up dog beds.
4. Pet toys from Target clearance dog aisle. My pets don’t need the "coolest" toy on the block–they can use last season’s.
5. Target Dollar section sometimes has dog stuff. Bought stainless steel food bowls for a buck each! And they’re good quality too!
6. Generic baby shampoo.
Okay, what are some of your good tips?
