My cat’s about ten weeks olds, and when she is six months of age, she is scheduled to get spayed. What I was wondering was.. if I get her fixed, will it make her uninterested in catnip? I’m aware that some cats just don’t like catnip no matter what, but I was just wondering if getting her fixed at six months would make her uninterested in catnip.
Don’t worry, Craft C. Getting declawed is not on her list of things to do .__.
*shudder*

I’m scared to let my little guy play with them yet! He’s really young, still being bottle fed and starting to eat a little dry food when i moisten it in warm water. Will catnip affect his growth or personality if he gets exposed to it? thank you so much I appreciate any info on catnip.
i didn’t know they didn’t react to it until they’re a couple of months old. thanks you guys!

I’ve tried treats and catnip but they don’t quite have the hang of it yet. They will jump trhough the opening if I hold it open, but can’t quite figure out to head butt the flap to get through.
Tips?

We have wild catnip growing in our yard and we hang it up to dry. When it is dry my boyfriend will crumble some up on the floor and our cats will roll around in it and eat it. Since I always see catnip is inside cat toys, can eating it harm them?

I’m new to gardening. The catnip is almost a vine; week stems. What do I do next?

over the other fancy feast or other wet foods. I was thinking about adding a little tiny bit of catnip to their other food!

No Catnip Please. Or Cat Grass.
I have two Adult Cats. I have recently become a vegetarian and want my cats to do the same. I know cats are naturally carnivores so I’m not taking meat out of their diet totally. I just want them to be vegetarian about halfway. I would go to petco but it’s so far away from me so I was wondering if there was any homemade vegetarian cat treats or food that I could make for them.
Thanx Much.

I bought my cat some of that dried catnip (which she went crazy for, so funny) and my dog licked some of it up from the floor. I would be really suprised if it was bad for her, but you never know? Anybody have any idea?

We gave our kitten catnip a few weeks ago and he’s been playing with his catnip toy everyday. He all of a sudden has been peeing and pooping on our bed, and we aren’t sure why. Could it be the catnip? He also pooped in our hallway and in our bathroom.

ok so i have a cat that like to eat catnip. I give her the catnip that comes in a bag and it like all shredded up and she EATS it. Like she doesn’t roll around in it like she is supposed to like a normal cat but i put it on the floor and she sits and starts licking it up and eats it. she doesn’t play with it she just eats it. so i was wondering if that actually normal or bad for a cat to be eating it? please help!
