I haven’t put any catnip on it or anything.
She tends to do it after she gets scolded and it annoys the hell out of me.

Do they just sort of know to use it, like with a litter box? Or does it take a bit more to get them comfortable with it? I’ve never used catnip with my kitten, and I’m not sure if I want to due to my not knowing much about it. If there’s away around it, I’d like to use it. :]

I heard a rumor that mixing a cup of catnip and a half a cup of nutmeg then boiling them together then drying the mix out acts as a mild synthetic marijuana. Is this true?

My cat had catnip for the first time today and began reacting in all the ways I’ve read about: jumping,meowing loudly, and drooling. In addition he threw up quite a bit. It has already been at least 10-15 minutes since he last could have possibly been around the catnip but he is still drooling excessively as he is falling asleep. I just wanted to see if this was normal, or if something more is going on.

I know it sounds like a supit Q but i’m actualy curious.

I heard that catnip has the same effect as marijuana on a human. So what if a person smoked it? Would it be like smokeing marijuana? (Please no bad commets)

About 2 weeks ago, I bought a toy mouse stuffed with catnip, and I didn’t think it was a big deal, but when I gave it to him he got too crazy and I had to take it away. Just now he found where I hid it and now he’s high off of it, how long does it last?!
He’s out of control!
