I heard that catnip has the same effect as marijuana on a human. So what if a person smoked it? Would it be like smokeing marijuana? (Please no bad commets)

About 2 weeks ago, I bought a toy mouse stuffed with catnip, and I didn’t think it was a big deal, but when I gave it to him he got too crazy and I had to take it away. Just now he found where I hid it and now he’s high off of it, how long does it last?!

Its a young seedling, only about 2-3 weeks in age with only 2 pairs of leaves with its 3rd starting to show. but earlier today i noticed an odd purple color coming up from the stem an onto the leaves. i have a bunch of other cat nip plants around it but only a few seem to have the purple color.
and yes.. its CATNIP
Shes only 7 months old never have givin her catnip before but my friends were telling me about it & they said its really good for kitten or cats what does it do & if i buy it do i leave the bucket infront of her?
I KNOW how the cats react; what I’m asking is…..physiologically, WHAT does the catnip DO to the feline; is it a myth, or is it a true physical reaction, and why? What chemistry in catnip might actually affect felines?
i’m extremely terrified to give my cat catnip because the police might arrest him and take my poor kitty to jail or the pound. i cant live with myself if that were to happen. i seriously need help because my cat keeps asking for catnip and i think its illegal. doest my cat have a problem/addiction?

Hey! We’re getting a new boxer today, and he’s hyper as could be! We thought that maybe something like catnip for dogs would calm him down…. If that doesn’t exist, is there anything that we could do to calm him down? (Besides ignoring him?) Thanks, and we hope we can get this dog to calm down! ^^
