I am moving soon and I was thinking about getting a new kitten. I have 4 ferrets that get along with my dogs. I know I wouldn’t have a problem with my dogs getting along with the new cat, but im not sure about ferrets. I know a lot of people have put there cat with there ferret and they get along just fine, but is there any special why I should go about doing this?

can you feed your ferrets dry dog food ? i always feed them rabbit or day old chicks in the morning but i also fill there bowl with dry food so i ran out of ferret dry food so i put some pedigree dry dog food in and it works out cheaper so csn i feed them this often ?
will they be ok this once ? Because they have already eaten it or i would take it out
also people i dont always feed my ferrets dog foodit was just today so they had something in there bowl after there chickens.

I have two male rats, who are around the ages of 2 1/2 years and 1 1/2 years. I am going away to college in about a month and I, sadly, cannot take my precious babies.

I am helping out at a pet store that is closing (I work at one of them, but at a different location) and they have a ferret nation 142 for 50% off, and I can get an employee discount and a discount for turning in my current cage, which was worth about 75$ when I bought it.

Well, my parents won’t be able to let my two males roam as much while I’m away, and I was wondering if it is worth it to get a bigger cage. Also, the cage I have now is extremely light and easy to clean. I know the Ferret Nation is very heavy, I want to know how easy it is to clean. I use blankets as bedding.
I don’t want my parents to have to lift heavy things/unassemble with tools to have to give the cage a weekly cleaning.
What I’m trying to ask if the cage I have now better for my parents or would the Ferret Nation be easier (and make my rats happier)

My dad would probably just pour vinegar on the cage and hose it off to clean it.
And I was wondering if the ferret nation 142′s second level comes off without much of a struggle.

Can i use dog flea shampoo? hes a baby & i dont know how he got them because the cat dosnt and they never go outside but my ferret has them bad and he wont stop itching.

He is a ferret and they are hyper bouncy animals so I’d like it to match their personality. Please don’t give me the symbols and if you give the word please tell me how to pronounce it.
Also they get into trouble A LOT so something meaning trouble or problem something along those lones would be good

What type of litter would be best for my ferret, other than the regular ferret litter? Can I use Fresh Step cat litter?

i was thinking about changing them to tidy cat or fresh step but i now i can not have the crystals kind. they have had trouble behving themselves even in there cage i usually use yesterdays news but they have not been good lately using that. dont want to go back the expensvie ferret litter

I’m sixteen years old and I work at a pet store in which there are many ferrets. I earn about 400 dollars a month and have a deep discount for pet supplies so paying for everything is not a problem. I leave in the morning for school [6 hours] and have 3 hours before I have to work and as much time as I want afterwards to play with the ferret. I’ve done tons of research on them, but I want to make sure I’m doing what’s best for the ferret. My mom doesn’t have a problem with the ferret and has held the one I’m considering to buy. She has her scent glands removed and is fixed and is so adorable. I just worry because I have three dogs and five cats and I think the miniature pincher and possibly the cats would try to kill it. I can keep the ferret in my bedroom, but I don’t want it to be bored. I want it to have a good life. What’s your oppinion?

Ouch! I am boarding my pitbull/yellow lab dog and 6 ferrets for 24 days. Cost will be 00. Well my dog gets a complimentary bath and nail trim. I got a 66% discount on the ferret boarding. Both kennels are very good though.
