How do you convince your parents to get a pet turtle?

I have always wanted a pet turtle, and have literally tried everything i could think of to convince them. I babysit my neighbors pet lizard every day after school, and i take care of our pets (Cat and dog). They tell me that they don’t want a reptile, and make other excuses. I know that they might not want to spend money on a cage and stuff, but we’ve had fish in the past. any ideas to convince parents to get a pet turtle?

I have been looking for free printable coupons to grocery stores and pet places like petsmart and giant and weis and that fish place. Most sites i either have to download the website or it takes me to a bunch of other sites that dont help me. i mostly need pet product coupons because i have a lot of pets. also, i need websites that wll work in the store. some sites i have printed coupons from it and i could not use them.

Anyone ever use live crickets as bait?

I was going to try it out tomorr. They’re small crickets, like what you’d use to feed lizards. I assume my best bet would be to fish the top of the water with a bobbed correct? This is my first time using live bait. And also how should I hook them? And should i use the larger of the crickets that I have? Or smaller ones?

What kind of pet would you recommend for me?

I’m not too picky about what of type of pet but it has to be small, sort of easy to care for, and not incredibly expensive. I wanna be able to play with it unlike a fish. Also I’m not allowed to have snakes, spiders, or rats. Anything else like gerbils, hampsters, or lizards are fine. Just those three are off limits. Any suggestions?

How Do The Mother Or Farther Hamsters Eat Their Pups?

I keep hearing if you touch a newborn hamster your scent will get attached yo you and the mother will abandoned them or eat them? Which is likely that the mother will do in percent please. But anyways, does the mother eat the hamster whole like a tator tot? Or Just pick at it and you know…ripping and stuff like we do when we eat cooked fish? And why do the fathers eat them if you haven’t even touched them? I’m getting hamsters and are planning on breeding them.

What sort of pet is best for efficiency apartment?

I am about to move into a small efficiency apartment (the living room and sleeping area is together separated by a partition) and would like to get a pet but didn’t know what kind. I’m not good with fish and I don’t know how well a cat would do, he might try to run away whenever I open the door. What do you suggest?

Can i use parts of aluminum foil to dim my aquarium light?

I think its too bright for my fish. Everytime i turn the light on the fish swim at the bottom and never go up even if they naturally at the top. Will the aluminum foil become to hot and start a fire? Or if anything tell me how you guys dim your light
