Could you tell me….what is the temperature in the controlled temperature cargo area of a plane and is my pets crate strapped in? My cockerpoo is going with us on a 2 hour flight. She is not good at the "guinea pig" watering device…any other suggestions? Thank you so much!

I just want a smaller pet that can hopefully befriend the dog. He dog isn’t big. Only a shih tzu that is very friendly with any sized dogs and other pets. He is great with kids too. So which rodent should we get? And why? We have enough free space for any of them.
Not thinking about hamsters. They are too small.
I have 2 female guinea pigs, and i’m going on a 2 1/2 (almost 3) month vacation to japan. I would like to know how much vets, kennels, and pet stores charge a day for taking care of my guinea pig. thanks!
My guinea pig is always running around her chage and accidently running into the walls is that normal? shes 3 months old and has everything she needs in her cage! when she runs she’s always jumping up and down is that normal?

I just purchased a beautiful guinea pig boy from PetSmart! I was just wondering, because I forgot to ask, about how old are the guinea pigs when they’re purchased at PetSmart?
I am thinking of getting a short haired guinea pig. what kind of brush would be good for brushing him? would a comb or cat brushes work or do i have to buy some special brush?
My guinea pig got neutered yesterday. He’s doing okay in his "hospital room".
The vet told me not to put hay in the cage because he would probably lay on it and it might give him an infection. She suggested something to hold the hay off the bottom of the cage, but they didn’t even have any at the pet store. I know I could order something, but that would take at least 5 days or so to get it.
So I gave him a small handful of hay anyways because I know he needs it. I cleaned what was left out today, and I saw on the newspaper that he had been peeing on it A LOT and I didn’t even notice until it was cleaned out. The rest of the cage is fine, since I’m not using his regular bedding.
So I’m afraid that giving him hay will make it harder for me to see if he’s bleeding or anything.
My mom was at the store a few days ago, and she found these bagged timothy hay cubes on sale (she’s a coupon/sale freak, if it’s on sale she’ll get it) and she bought them. I tried giving one to my guinea pig and he nibbled on it a little bit.
The bag lists "Sun-cured timothy hay" as the only ingredient. But I’m still kind of iffy about it since I’ve never even heard of it. I only want what’s best for him. I just want to make sure that these are healthy enough for him to have for a while.
Would it be okay to just give him these until his stitches dissolve? Or should i just stick with the regular timothy hay?
I would gradually go back to the regular hay once he’s healed, though. So it’s just temporary.
