I have fallen in love with a dwarf albino hamster at the pet store, but don’t want to cheapen the style of my house by keeping one of those multi-colored (or bright colored) habitrails around.

I also don’t want just a glass aquarium because I want it to be interactive. I like the functionality of the habitrail, I just don’t like the colors.

…. I haven’t bought the hamster yet.

Anyone have ideas?

If you have ever used the cage that would be very helpful. Also links or pictures of it would be appreciated!

I don’t really want one with all those tubes like the Crittertrails that everyone has. Because I used to have one and it was small even for mice, and the tubes are a pain to clean. (I also heard that big hamsters can get stuck in those tubes.)

So no Crittertrails or habitrails with all the tubes, please!?

Thank you to anyone who has a good suggestion for a good cage with no tubes that would be good for a Syrian?
