are these prices fair for dog walking?

for 20 minute walk for first dog
for every additional dog for twenty minutes
Pet Care at home after walk
• Dogs: visit includes play, water check, feed (owner supplies food), clean up dog poo, watering of outdoor plants, check mail, take rubbish out – .00 per visit, 10% discount on 14 consecutive days or more (private walk included into price)

well I heard most people say they charge for a half an hour walk, so I though for 20 minutes sounded good.
and that if nothing else – an hour was concidered the best, almost cheap even
so how does for twenty for 40 minutes and for a full hour, then maybe some discount (say 10%) if they have me walk their dog(s)
also I would like to get someone’s opinion on the prices for the dog cares options
the first one would include the price of a private walk, of up to an hour, and for all the services included. I also forgot to throw in dog bath and brushing
the second one doesn’t include a private walk, so say this with a thirty minute walk would be , with the baithing ang grooming and all the other dog care services, just minus the other household chores of taking out the garbage and such
rather I meant that people charged for half an hour walk
