What are the best toys to get a puppy (8 weeks) that she’ll love to play with, but won’t rip apart in a matter of days? I have already purchase a Kong toy and that seems to be the favorite of most dog toys. Are tight rope toys ok for puppies and what about soft cuddly toys?

What do you find necessary to buy brand name and what is okay to buy the store’s brand? For example, do you find that name brand milk (PET) is better than store brand (Walmart’s Great Value)?

Please let me know what you have found that is okay in quality to buy store brand and what can’t be bought without it being name brand!!

Also, I do not buy junk food (such as soda and chips) so you can leave those outs. And yes, i know all about cutting coupons and going for sales, I just want to know what you find is necessary to buy in brand name and what is just as good generic.

What do I do? What are the best products to buy to get them out of furniture, out of carpeting, out of bedding, out of my home period, and what’s the best for dogs? Should I use Advantage on my dog? (I didn’t do any preventative flea control for my dog as she is quite elderly and doesn’t really go outside much anymore except to go to the bathroom). I would rather not call an exterminator as I’ve recently been remodeling my house and I’m kind of tapped out at the moment, but I definitely want to eradicate the flea problem. I’ve been bitten twice that I’ve seen and I’ve felt bites but couldn’t find the flea. This is just so disgusting and it’s freaking me out to even think there are fleas in my house. Any and all help, in addition to links if you have them, would be wonderful. Thanks so much.
P.S.- I put this in pets because I thought more people would know about fleas here even though it was raccoons that brought fleas to my home. By the way, I’ve fixed the animal door problem so they can’t re-enter the house.

and i know wat everyone is going to say get one from a breeder but i would just like to get one from a petstore and also i was wondering if about 215 dollars would be enough for everything the bird needed there i was planning on spending 100 dollars on the bird-80dollars on the cage-10 dollars on the food and 13 dollars on toys but i dont know if thats enough money or not
