I was thinking about buying one, but they are kind of expensive (about at the pet store). I want to know if its worth the money and if they last a long time.

I was thinking about getting it for my bull terrier, but he is kind of thick so I am not sure a thin collar like this would work best or not? What do you think?

Also what color do would look best on a red and white bull terrier with black face markings (know as smut).

I don’t want it for training, I want it just for an everyday collar. I use a prong collar for training.
I thought a rolled one might be more comfortable for my dog and would not upset the fur around his neck where as the flat ones seem to crease it. However I am not sure if it would be an issue if I had to grab him by the collar quickly and hold him back.

Is there any proffesional groomer equipment wholesalers in Ireland or Northern Ireland?
I am sick stocking from pet supplies and given them all my money, surely thier is a wholesaler somewhere?!

My dog had an operation and we paid for it up front, and have made a claim to have the money back (except the excess), and want to know how long i will have to wait for the payout. I know that there is no guaranteed time in which you will get your money back after making a claim on pet insurance but im intrested to know how long it has taken people in their own experience?

I want to make my dogs day tommorow. Grooming, playing, activities ETC. He is a german shepherd. What fun stuff can i do with him. I will be keeping him company all day tommorow in the backyard… Oh and im on low budget, so limit the amount i spend from little to no money. I probably have all the supplies. I have an eight year old diabetic Shih-Tzu on insulin twice a day. My vet advised what ingrediants should be in her food and recommended Science Diet WD that he sells out of his office. When I found better alternatives after researching dog foods online he made excuses for sticking to Science Diet. He would not give me a prescription to buy it where my wife could get it at a discount. I have to travel nearly an hour one way to get to his office and an hour back for a bag of prescription dog food. He is doing the same with the insulin. Insisting I buy it from his office. I am convinced he is not looking out for the best interest of my pet but rather for himself. I have switched to another vet nearby but suspect I may run into the same problem. My research tells me that Science Diet is dog junk food. My dog has done well eating Blue Free Range Free Lamb and Brown Rice for the past year and a half. It seems to have what is requireds for a diabetic dog. Has anyone else had this problem? I would not recommend that anyone blindly trust the recommendation of a vet. They are in it for the money.

Well I am atempting to use ebay.. My mom set it up and she is letting me sell a few things but they arent selling.. My mom wont let me do stuff around the house for money but so far I have 5.. I have 2 items on ebay that would get me up to the 1000 mark I am trying to reach (Will pay for dog and all the supplies) There arent any places that I can work at either (I’m either too young or the place is sketchy or its too far away and I dont have a license).. Anyways.. So basically all I can figure out is ebay.. Any other suggestions? (Also ebay tips would be great I’m not doing too good)

I bought special cleaners from pet smart just made for urine and that did not work then I fabrezzed it. Still no luck it has been 4 days an my mattress still smells. My dog was sick and on medication which I think might have altered the urine make up since the special emnzyne stuff did not work. it is a pillow to so I don’t know what to do. I won’t have money for a new mattress for at least to months since I started a new job and the dogs medication is pricey.

Can the wild birds harm the snakes in anyway? Like disease or whatever. They seem to enjoy the birds so far.
No I do not kill them first. I just toss them in with the snakes. It’s kinda amusing watching them being caught. It is cheaper to feed the birds than buy "other” stuff. I need to save money.
