My mom and I are considering going there for a vacation, but I need to know what the laws are for service dogs there. I use a guide dog for partial blindness if that matters.
I would like to know what my Chihuahua would be considered, since she would be with me for anxiety issues, both my doctor and therapist have recommended to me for her to become a "service/therapy" type dog so that I can take her places with me, they are just waiting for my response… (I know that therapy dogs ARE NOT service dogs and do not have the same rights as service dogs) So I am confused since they (The doctor/therapist) told me to make her a service/therapy dog so that I would be able to take her places she would not normally be allowed. I am not physicaly nor mentally disabled, but I do sometimes need to have my dog with me, lots of times in places she is not allowed. I have permission from my doctor and therapist, but my question would be, what type of Dog would she be considered? She is very sweet and kind, usually quiet unless alerting me of strangers at the door but when out of the house she is quiet she also has very good obediance and listens quite well for a chihuahua she knows, Sit, stay, shush, roll over, shake, wait, leave it, take it, crawl, and we are working on spin.

I live in North Carolina and have severe depression. Is there someplace near that trains psychiatric service dogs?
I’m getting my dog ready to certify him to be a therapy dog. I’m wondering would they be allowed into an apartment even if no pets are allowed? Or is that just service dogs? Also my mom has an emotional support dog, could she bring her dog into the apartment without saying it’s a pet?
My cousin is 12 and has a rare blood cancer and he is in need of a companion and i can not find anywhere who has service dogs for sale i can not afford to put a dog through training i just need to get him one!
Where would you recommend looking? I have tried searching "retired service dogs" and similar wording but have not been successful.

I have an ESA because I have panic attacks, my family is planning a trip and they only allow service dogs, I was wondering if my ESA counted as a service dog, if she doesn’t I won’t go, but I’d like to know if she does, thanks
we got her from an ESA training programme and yeah, im pretty sure she does
we have an ESA certificate for her, but we’re not sure if ESA’s count as service dogs…
I live in georgia can some one see what is required for a dog to be certified As a service dog or one in trainging and if in georgia service dogs in training have full access
and I dont mean service dogs but like when your dog refuses to eat her food and then someone comes to talk to the dog and find out the problem? What’s that called again?
im in a chair and i want to get a service dog and i would love to talk to someone. i dont know anybody in a wheelchair so i dont know what people personal experience with service dogs is. i have so many questions i would love to talk to someone if there anyone out there. thanks
