My female cat is three years old, soon to be four and I can’t get her to stop urinating outside her litter box.

It is cleaned several times a week. I’ve tried cleaning up around the box so she doesn’t have any kicked out litter to go on and I’ve gotten her a new different litter box to go in that is taller so she can’t kick litter out but she still goes outside her box. I have also had her checked for urinary problems and she had a clean bill of health. We recently moved into a new apartment and I was hopeful that with a change in the location of the box maybe she wouldn’t anymore but when we came home today she had peed on the mat I have sitting under the litter box. She seems to just want to pee right next to the box instead of in it.

I don’t know how to correct this behavior. I don’t want to give her up since I have had her since she was about five months old but I can’t keep her if she is going to continue peeing on the floor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

My dog is itching and scratching everywhere?

I’ve checked him all over several times and I can’t find evidence of fleas or ticks anywhere. I’ve used special shampoo that helps dry skin and also started giving him fish oil tablets (the lady at pets supplies plus said it was good for their skin?) But he continues to itch, nibble at, and lick his skin fur. Any suggestions?

I adopted a 4 month old spayed kitten 4 days ago and since then she’s peed on the couch and on the bed. She knows where the litter box is and has used it several times. I know there’s a possibility of a UTI but how can the behavior problem be solved? Thanks!

My father has a pet crow, also has had numerous sinus and lung infections not to mention pnumonia on several occasions and still believes the scavenger has no part of his condition, he refuses to believe the uncleanliness of this creature defocating where ever it lands in his house doesn’t hurt anything, even though he has been hospitalized several times for pulmanary infections and extreme diffuculty breathing, please share any information,
thanks.

How do I stop my cat from missing the litter box?

I have a 5 year old cat and in the last few months she has began to BARELY miss her litter box. It is as if she is trying to pee in the back corner of her litter box but she gets it on the rim which makes it run down the side of the box. I have been using puppy pee pads underneath it to stop it from getting on the floor. She has been to the vet and everything is fine. I have gotten a bigger litter box. I clean her litter several times a day. Any other suggestions?

My cat consistently leaves one "turd" out of her box. It is often very close to the box, but not always. We clean her box several times a day and empty the litter twice a week. we are using clumping litter so there is no residue. HELP!!! My husband wants to get rid of her if we can’t solve this problem.

place to buy natural dog collars?

after changing my dogs food several times, keeoing him away from certain plants, treats, toys…
I found out that my dogs skin problem is severe allergies.
After a 0 vet bill I was sent home with shampoo, lotions, anti itch cream and medicine.
I was told that my dog was allergic to several things including dyes in his collar and bedding. (he had scars and itchy spots on his neck and stomache).
His skin is always very red and dry and itchy, but after getting these spots (scars and loosing hair) I took him in.

Anyway my question:
is there anywhere where I can buy all natural or dye free collar and pet stuff?

What supplies do i need for a dog birth?

I left my pet haveness with my friend who has taking care of her several times before. My dog loves them very much and they are very kind to her. But she must have escaped and gotten pregnant. We didn’t know and for that reason we are not looking online until four days before she is due. She had puppies once before and all went well. There was three very healthy puppies. I remember we need a whelping box, towels, some soft mats, clean scissors, heater pad, and clamps. This breed of dog tend to cut the umbilical cord to short so i plan to cut it my self. That is why i need the scissors and clamps. I am using clamps instead of dental floss just like i did last time. It was four years ago that she had puppies though so i want to make sure i am remembering everything. I have researched and have not found anything else i will need. I already looked up my vets emergency phone number in case any thing goes wrong. Please do not post hateful comments as to why she is not spayed. Thank you very much in advance
she is having at least three my vet said but maybe four
we purposely had her have puppies the first time. And my family was really prepared and the owner of the guy dog was a havanese expert
i am very careful that she doesn’t escape when she is in heat but my friend who is very responsible must have accidentally let her out and so she got pregnant when i was away
i also have a scale

We have a 12 week old kitten, and have had her about 5 weeks. A friend told us to get her a playmate, as she may get bored. So we got another female kitten. Their age difference is about 4 or 5 weeks. We have had the new kitten about 2 weeks and have tried introducing them to each other several times. The older one has scratched the youngers eye, which needed vet treatment, and also has bitten her badly on the bum which caused her to limp. They are both aware of each others smell now, but we have to keep them in seperate rooms, as we are scared that the young kitten will get seriously hurt. Every time we try introductions the older cat protects her territory and attacks. What can we do other than leave it til the younger one is big enough to stand up for herself?

Note: this is not introducing a kitten to a placid old cat. They are only weeks apart but the older one is over twice the size and very active.
