Unfortunately my daughters insurance just got cancelled.
She has a bald spot on the side of her head and it has gradually gotten bigger. A couple people suggested it could be a fungal infection or scalp ringworm. I was told Lamisil may help it or some type of anitfungal cream or shampoo. Any suggestions?
BTW we are working on getting her insurance but I want to take care of this situation sooner then later.
Thanks for your help

My upper left baby canine never came out on it’s own it had to be pulled so the adult tooth grew above it in my gum. I’m in my 20′s now and very self conscious of this. I want to get this fixed. I do not have any dental insurance and can’t afford braces top braces are 00.00. What would need to be done and what kind of doctor should I see? Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks for your help.

I have a 10 gallon Whisper 2-10i aquarium filter. I unplugged because I was moving the tank. I plugged back in and it just suddenly stopped working (it wont fire up or make any noises). I plugged something else into that same outlet and it worked so it’s not the outlet. I tried replacing the cartridge and that didnt work either. Is it fixable? I don’t want to go out and spend .99 on a new one. Thanks for your help.

I am looking for a pet insurance that would cover routine pet visits to catastrophic illness and injuries. I mean everything. Does one exist? I can get a 5% discount with VPI from my employer but I am not sure if they are a good pet insurance company. I would like to get one that covers everything and that I don’t have to pay a or more deductible for each vet visit because if the visit is less then the deductible then it’s not worth it is it?
My cat is 9 1/2 months old.
Thanks for your help!

I have had little to do with vets over the years, my pets were in the country and healthy, but now have a mama kitty and 5 babies, thinking at 3 months old, they might be easier to re-home if I have them spayed and neutered first….are there any agencies that will offer discounts? I have heard 70.00 for a girl cat at the mobile unit that comes around to the local chain pet store, can I expect to do any better than that? thanks for your help.
Am unemployed, took this kitty in because she was going to be bagged and dropped in the Yellow River, had no clue it would be so hard to find new homes…am taking nothing away from the expense and hard work of a vet, but need to pay my mortgage first, I am anything BUT a P in anyone’s A! I am a compassionate person who has paid for lots of cat food before I even buy my own groceries, so consider what you spout and to whom you offer your suggestions, am not looking for criticism, I am looking for solutions.
Thank you for your kind considerate answers to this problem.
