We bought a plastic ‘insulated’ one at Wal-Mart and the dog refuses to sleep in it (we think it might be the plastic smell). We are not very handy when it comes to carpentry, so is there any kind of national brand of manufactured WOOD dog houses that can be found in a pet store or large retailer? We would need a large one. Thanks in advance.

Ok so i have been doing a little research on dog foods, and I’m not getting that many good ones. I Just found out Iams does terrible things on dogs to test, and pedigree for their ingredients and Kibble N Bitz seems like junk food. I just bought a bag and i have to finish it b4 i get a new food but please tell me what food is good. All the ones that sell at Target or Wal-Mart people say those are the bad foods but they are the cheapest and when i look at the Nutrients they seem fantastic and good and I believe them yet reading other peoples experiences the food is terrible. No wonder why sometimes my dogsdon’tt eat. Well we only havePet-smartt where i live so can anyone tell me where to get really good food for my chihuahuas because I am going to have to convince my mom since she is kind of stubborn when it comes to my dogs and wedon’tt want to be wasting money on very expensive foods. So is there any dog food that is good atPet smartt that we can buy that is good for my dogs?? O if it helps i have the pet perks card for discounts, also i have both a puppy and a year old so is there food that can be for both because they always fight on food and i want to get one that is the same thanks for the help I really want to know what foods are very healthy but not over priced at all

9 Lives, Friskies, etc.? My cats are currently eating Natural Balance, and it’s not agreeing with them. I am NOT interested in continuing with any fancy grain free, holistic, etc. cat food. I’ve tried several kinds, and they either won’t eat it or it messes up their bowels. What’s the best kind I can buy at Kroger or Wal Mart?

I work at a pet store in Maine. We do carry Iams and Eukanuba…but when I go to a grocery store or Wal-mart they also carry it. So would those to brands be premium or grocery store brand? Either way they aren’t good food. Just curious and does anyone eles agree?

I would like to find coupons that you can use at grocery stores, like Wal Mart, and other grocery stores, for pet items and grocery items. It is so hard to find good usable coupons! There are so many coupons that are for things most people(not me anyway) don’t use. I have asked where you can find coupons earlier, but I wasn’t clear where I wanted to use them.

I’m getting a dog from a local shelter next month. I’m extremely picky about a lot of dog related things such as diet, exercise, and training, however I’ve never really looked into dog grooming supplies. My city has some national pet supply chains (Petco & PetsMart) as well as the regular Target, Wal*Mart number, so there are quite a few options when it comes to shampoo, etc. Since I’m so particular on a dog’s diet, I’m hoping to cut some of the pet supply cost by trying to find a mid to low priced, good dog shampoo. I’m looking for something that doesn’t have a lot of smell added to it (I don’t like the idea of using perfumes on my dog) but I don’t nessasarily want to buy the cheapest stuff I can find. Any help?

Kidsberg
This is my brilliant idea.
When I grow up I will be the founder and owner of Kidsberg.
This is a land where kids can be the adult self they always wanted to be.
It is like a little city, with a town hall, stores, restraunts, and more. Admission is only Twenty dollars, and each kid gets five dollars to buy things, and a “house”. Each house is just a little bigger than a hotel room. Our money system in very generous, the most expensive thing that we sell will be the pets and they cost about fifty cents.
Here are some of the places you will find in kidsberg. Kawalla “wal-mart”, about three restraunt’s, a few stores, a park, a movie theater, a church, a hospital, a farm, a pet store, a fire station, a learning hall, and a Town hall.
In the admittance hall the child can be assigned a room. Each child over age ten can choose if they want to have a single room or have a roommate, but we recommend children to have a roommate. Every child under the age of nine will have a bedtime of nine ‘thirty, but children ages ten and older will have a bedtime of ten thirty. For the double houses one child will have to know how to cook and if they already know how to cook they will have to take a test in the admittance hall on how many things and how well they can cook. If they don’t know how to cook they will have to come to the learning hall and learn how to cook, and get a “can’t cook discount” at restraunt’s, but the discount only works for about two weeks while they learn how to cook.
We also allow orphans into the park. If they come, their admission is free, but they will have to get a job. Anyone can get a job, but they have to apply for it. If they get the job they can earn money and use it.
Each item at a restraunt will probably be about ten cents.
If you want to get a pet you have to rent it and buy food and stuff for it. Each rental will cost about fifty cents, and lasts about 7 days. There will be about five pets you can choose from, Dog, cat, hamster, goldfish, and guinea pig.
If you have a special need you will need to tell the admittance hall and we will hopefully take care of it. If you need medications you will need to come to the hospital and get it taken care of. If you get injured then they will also have to go to the hospital.
In Kidsberg we will have our own holidays, but we will have to keep Christmas, Halloween and Easter.
In Kidsberg we will have Flick-Friday, every Friday anyone can come to the park and we will have a movie of the week. We will also have a Kids-Klub, it will be a club where anyone can join and once every two weeks we will have an activity. The type of activities that are very fun and they will be like pool parties, field trips, and other fun things.
Once we get enough money we will probably expand and Build more on. Like an aquarium, a candy land, and a joke store.
In kidsberg there would be a few rules, No cussing, no inappropriate behavior, no boyfriends or girlfriends, and have fun. Kids over age seven will have to go to school, but we only have school twice a week. And there will be about 5 different classes one for about first second and kindergarten
